Limited Warranty

Each shade is custom made  in Vermont  to your exact specifications. All our shades are covered by a Limited Warranty. Check out the details of the Window Quilt warranty.  It covers defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own the product provided it is measured and installed correctly.

Each shade is manufactured to provide a lifetime of low maintenance service to you. If you need warranty service please e-mail us or call us TOLL FREE at 1-877-966-3678 and we will arrange for a repair or replacement as soon as possible.

Service

Although we are committed to the lowest prices anywhere, we have built our company on service. Please e-mail your questions to us (Service@1WindowQuilts.com). If you'd like to call us, were open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (Vermont time which is Eastern Standard Time).  You will get to talk to a real live person! Privacy Policy

Any information you give us, stays with us.  We respect your privacy and do not rent or trade your name, address, e-mail address, phone number with anyone. You can rest assured that all information you provide is kept strictly confidential.

Shipping

All order to the continental US orders are shipped via ground UPS. Please call or email us for rates to Alaska and Hawaii. E-mail us regarding shipments outside the USA. Orders are shipped in approximately 7-10 weeks.

Returns and Exchanges

Each shade is custom manufactured to your exact measurements.  Since each shade is individually crafted, they are not returnable for any reason except warranty repair.  There are no cancellations.  To avoid problems please follow the ordering instructions and measure carefully.

Sales Tax

We collect 6% sales tax for orders shipped to Vermont. We collect an additional 1% sales tax for orders shipped to Burlington, Williston, Manchester and Stratton, Vermont. This additional tax will not show on your order. We will add it to your credit card charge. If you have a question about this please call.
We do not charge sales tax for any other states

Payment

All our shades are custom made, so we must have payment before we make a shade.  We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.  All checks are accepted, but must be cleared by your bank before we will fabricate your shades. If you want to pay by check, we suggest that you use a cashier's check or a certified check.  Our shopping cart server is secure and we never send your credit card number via e-mail.
